- Basics – The first two weeks of breastfeeding can be difficult even with a routine labor and delivery and a healthy, full-term infant. In this class, parents will learn to trust their newborn baby’s innate ability to find, express and thrive on breast milk. Parents will learn what to expect beginning with the first hour of life and be assured that every meal thereafter is a blessed meal. Register
Breastfeeding 201 – 1 1/2 hour class $35.00
- Obstacle Course – This course will address common concerns that parents have in both the early weeks of breastfeeding and beyond. It will help mothers understand their breastfeeding body and the changes it undergoes to support its new role. Parents will get the tools to differentiate between normal versus serious concerns, while being provided “real world” problem solving techniques. Finally, this course will help prepare families to return to work and life with a breastfeeding child. Register
Breastfeeding 101+ Combo – 3 hour combined 201 and 101 class. $65.00 Register
New Parent Group – 1 hour class for 8 weeks $120.00

- Join other new parents weekly with your breastfeeding newborn to support, encourage and learn from each other. A different feeding/parenting topic will be facilitated weekly. Early breastfeeding is very similar for most families, however early parenting a unique child often requires unique needs and advice. No one is a parenting “expert” or perfect parent, but learning together and from each other makes a world of difference. New parent groups will require at least 4 families for registration.
